If you like playing fretless bass, then this is one of the best you will find.  It is
made by ESP as one of their rare "relic" models, and despite the look, it is brand
new.  ESP uses only the most choice alder wood for these models, as they know
they will be wearing them down to the wood in order to show off the nice grain.  
This model does not come with a logo on the headstock, and I asked ESP reps
many times about this, and no-one seems to know.  If I had to venture a guess,
it is so that one could easily put a logo (ahem, ahem...) on themselves. It is
marketed as a Jaco Pastorius replica, and it is one of the only relic versions
you'll ever see out there.  It is an amazing fretless.
